Flying Sculptural Birds

Students will create a 3D creation of their own hybrid flying animal. Students will learn how to build their bird using plaster and other various materials. They will discuss textures, form, and color to make their birds “come to life”. Throughout the week, they will focus on experimentation with both two and three-dimensional forms.
